Instrumentation Calibration and Source Leak Testing

NPC's quarterly site visits include a thorough evaluation of all dose calibrators to assure that patients receive the intended dosage of radioactive material

Dose Calibrators:

• Accuracy
• Geometry
• Linearity
• Constancy

Leak/Wipe Testing:

Site visits include a quarterly inventory of sealed radioactive sources and leak testing of those sources.

Survey Meter Calibration:

NPC provides for calibration of client survey meters.
